Fillip — News & Events

22nd KIOSK Exhibition in Rennes
January 17th, 2008 – March 30th, 2008

In the past seven years, KIOSK, an archive of independent publishing, has grown to include over 6000 publications from about 430 publishing projects worldwide. The Fillip Review is proud to participate among them at the 22nd exhibition of the archive at Galerie Art & Essai in Rennes, France. The institution is operated by the Rennes University, and will be hosted in collaboration with the Rennes Art Academy, where they will also have a small symposium.

The opening will be on Thursday, 24 January 2008, and the show there will last about 2 months.

Also, there will be a smaller presentation at the ICA Philadelphia, entitled Beyond Kiosk, with selections from the archive. Fillip will also be represented in this exhibition. The opening reception at the ICA will be on 17 January 2008, 6 pm, and the show there will run from 18 January through 30 March 2008.
